Abstract：
介绍了海带中甘露醇的提取方法的研究。通过正交设计探讨了 pH 值、浸取液体积与浓度、浸提温度、时间对浸取的影响,不同有机溶剂对甘露醇的分离沉淀及影响沉淀的各种因素,研究结果认为: 用热的无水乙醇进行重结晶获得甘露醇晶体有较高的回收率。
