Abstract:
通过DSC、XRD分析和镀层性能测试,研究了化学沉积Ni-W-P非晶态合金的晶化过程。结果表明,钨的共沉积提高了化学镀镍层的热稳定性。晶化过程激活能为133.576kJ/mol,晶化过程合金结构按非晶态—混晶态—结晶态的顺序演变。随着结构的变化,镀层的硬度和耐蚀性也发生了相应的变化。
