Abstract：
采用卡氏１６项个性因素对５０４名博、硕士生进行测量分析，结果表明，在高学历的青年人中，高聪慧性、高兴奋性、高敢为性、高幻想、高独立性、低怀疑性、低世故性、低忧虑性的个性特征，及适应能力强、安祥、机警、果断、具有创造才能的人是有意义的优势。
