Abstract：
研究了十六烷基三甲基溴化铵（ＣＴＭＡＢ）对钼（Ⅵ）－桑木色素（ｍｏｒｉｎ）络合物荧光的增敏作用。建立了Ｍｏ（Ⅵ）－ｍｏｒｉｎ－ＣＴＭＡＢ体系荧光法测定Ｍｏ（Ⅵ）的新方法，并以酸效应实现了对钨和钼的联合测定。测定Ｍｏ（Ⅵ）的线性范围为０．０１～０．４μｇ／ｍＬ，检出限为０．５ｎｇ／ｍＬ。本法用于直接测定豆类及牛血清中的钼和温泉水中钨和钼的联合测定，得到满意的结果。
