Abstract：
应用超临界流体技术萃取昆虫水虻油脂成分．采用二因素三水平正交试验方案，考察温度、压力等参数对油脂萃取量的影响．结果表明，萃取压力２５ＭＰａ、温度４０℃、时间３ｈ及体积流量（２６±３）Ｌｈ－１为本试验最佳参数组合，油脂萃取量最多．影响油脂萃取量的主要因素是压力．
