通过对带砂套冒口水平分型金属型铸造４６０ｍｍ磨球的冷却过程的测温、倾翻以及磨球跌落试验断口特征的观察，分析了磨球凝固过程液固面的移动、晶粒形态、补缩过程及获得致密铸球的途径。
