Abstract：
论述了电力系统建立高精度同步时钟的必要性，介绍了全球卫星定位系统（ＧＰＳ）特点及在电力系统中的应用情况，阐明了以ＧＰＳ同步授时作为电力系统统一时钟是切实可行的。
