双相TiAl基合金塑性变形的微观机制分析表明 ,由于γ相仅通过普通位错的滑移和形变孪生不能任意改变形状 ,所以不能满足多晶体TiAl基合金晶粒间产生协调变形的必要条件。根据上述分析推导出多晶体TiAl基合金室温下断裂应变εf和晶粒直径d的关系为 :εf =a/(d +b) +c,上式与文献报道的实验结果非常吻合
