Abstract:
采用溶胶- 凝胶法制备了Ti33 Ru33 Co33 尖晶石型钛阳极,并对涂层运用DTA、XRD、TEM、SEM 等手段进行了测试,研究结果表明:涂层为尖晶石结构,形貌呈块状;钛阳极涂层烧结温度为320 ℃,涂层晶粒小于10 nm 。
