Abstract：
本文首先建立合作投资者的评价指标体系，阐述了用模糊优选方法对企业资信作出全面、综合、系统的 对比分析，并在此基础上，结合合作投资对象对合作的诚意和对建设合作项目义务的承诺和权利的要求 等确定合作投资者的方法。
