Abstract：
资产证券化在国外不良资产的化解中运用较多，尤其美国很成功地将不良资产进行证券化，恢复了资产的流动性，美国不良资产证券化的经验值得我们研究，但我国国情决定了目前只能试点，本文从中国现实出发，结合国际已有的经验，提出可行性的现实构想。
