SiC窑具材料浸渍Ca3(PO4 ) 2 饱和溶液 ,能填充气孔 ,降低气孔率 ,阻碍O2 的扩散 ,能增加SiC窑具抗氧化性和延长使用寿命。浸渍次数越多 ,氧化速度越小 ,其中浸渍 4次最佳 ,浸渍 1 -4次氧化速度常数的比值 =K1∶K2 ∶K3∶K4 =1 0 .30× 1 0 -7∶8.94× 1 0 -7∶4 .1 7×1 0 -7∶2 .65× 1 0 -7=3.89∶3.37∶1 .5 7∶1。
