Abstract：
叙述了新形势下时文献检索课教师进行政治思想素质、职业道德素质和在信息检索、计算机技术、外语水平等方面业务素质的继续教育的必要性和紧迫性，介绍了文献检索课教师继续教育与培养的途径和方式。
