Abstract：
最近十年以来 ,在都市地区发生的破坏性地震的震害经验教训表明 ,已建建筑结构具有较高的地震易损性。本文简要讨论了影响已建建筑结构抗震性能的主要因素 ,重点评述了目前评估已建建筑结构抗震性能的主要方法及存在的待解决的问题。
