本文首先运用泛系方法论，建立评价台湾海峡两岸协同发展高技术产业前景的观控模型，并通过专家咨询、模糊综合评价等定量定性相结合的方法，评估两岸协同发展高技术产业的前景。最后，就台湾海峡两岸协同发展高技术产业前景提出若干自己的看法。
