Abstract：
上市公司亏损不仅仅是一般意义上的技术因素 ,在这背后有更深层次、更普遍的原因。本文认为 ,上市公司的制度缺陷—法人治理结构不完善 ,即股权结构不合理和银行在公司治理中作用的弱化是导致越来越多的上市公司亏损的根本原因。针对成因 ,提出了相应的治理措施。
