Abstract：
中小企业在幼稚和衰退期,生存力十分脆弱,死亡率较高。这两个时期引起企业死亡的主要原因有所不同,幼稚期威胁企业生存的是市场、资金、技术,而在衰退期却是产品需求消失和扩张过程管理失控问题。只有针对这些具体原因采取相应对策,才能提高中小企业的生存能力。
