Abstract：
介绍了多级分布式西门子过程控制系统在福州人造板厂的技术改造中应用情况。系统的现场设备控制级由西门子PLC构成 ,生产过程监控采用WonderwareInTouch来实现 ,采用WonderwareIndustrial SQLServer完成生产数据的存储 ,通过WonderwareSuitevoyager实现对生产数据和生产状况的远程监控 ,通过WonderwareActiveFactory对生产数据进行全面的数据分析。从而实现了对生产过程高效的自动化控制 ,创造了较好的经济效益。
