Abstract：
面对知识经济时代的挑战 ,高校承担着培养创新人才的神圣职责 ,为完成这一历史重任 ,客观上要求高校在培养创新人才过程中 ,要转变传统的教育思想 ,建立新的教育观念 ,同时 ,创新型人才的培养也是大学素质教育的核心内容。
