Abstract:
剖析我国企业经营者薪酬制度的变迁过程及其原因 ,结合我国现在企业的实际情况 ,对企业经营者的薪酬设计进行思考。对经营者年薪的内涵确定年薪实施对象、测定年薪构成数额、构建实施机制等方面进行了系统探索。
