Abstract：
文章分析了我国高新技术产业化中的人力资本运行机制存在的问题,提出建立和完善促进高新技术产业化的人力资本运行机制,主要包括人力资本培养机制、合理的人才流动机制、有效的人才吸引机制、人力资本激励机制。
