Abstract：
比较几种大孔弱酸树脂和强酸 732树脂提取西索米星的交换和洗脱性能。实验表明 ,弱酸 号树脂对西索米星成品液的静态交换总量可达 18.1万 μg/ ml树脂 ,比 732树脂提高了 80 %; 号树脂 (羧基型 )吸附西索米星的最佳 p H值为 7.5左右 ,其动态交换容量比静态交换容量高 13.8%; 号树脂 (羧基型 )动态吸附、动态解吸提取西索米星的收率达 82 .6 %,比 732树脂提取收率提高 8%;用 5 %氨水动态解吸 , 号树脂 (羧基型 )比 732树脂 (磺酸基型 )易洗脱 ,且洗脱峰集中 ,不拖尾。
