设计了绝缘油介质损耗测量油杯恒温控制系统 ,它采用分段控制的积分分离式 PID算法来控制油杯的中频感应加热电路 ,使油杯温度稳定在某一设定值。实验数据表明该控温电路动态过程快 ,稳态偏差小。
