Abstract：
在国有股股权转让中,交易价格无疑是各方关注的焦点。我国国有股转让实务中采用的市盈率法、净资产法、市场定价法各有特点,但叉都存在一定问题,当前我国国有股转让应遵循“市场为主,分类择法,适当修正”的定价原则以及针对不同类型公司应采用不同方法确定转让合理底价。
