Abstract：
设计了一种手动控制进样速度的快速分离富集Pb2 + 离子的分离器 ,分离器由 5mL一次性注射器、接口和微分离富集柱组成。微柱填充以巯基葡聚糖凝胶来分离富集Pb2 + 离子时 ,5mL样品溶液 (pH =3 30 ) 30s左右注射过柱 ,5mL 2mol/L的HCl溶液以相同的流速注射洗脱 ,铅的平均回收率可以达到 96 95 % ,RSD =3 33% (n =2 2 ) ,预富集因子约为 2 0 0 ,可以实现大体积样品溶液中痕量Pb2 + 离子的快速分离与富集
