Abstract：
全球性生态危机的挑战 ,要求我们反思传统刑法 ,将生态保护要求和可持续发展的思想融入刑法规范中 ,建立生态化的刑法体系。本文在分析环境犯罪现实危害与治理路径的基础上 ,提出了刑法生态化的立法改进中应贯彻的五项原则。
