经西方学者瓦茨、齐默尔曼等学者的开拓性发展,实证会计研究成为西方会计研究方法的主流。本文主要围绕实证会计研究方法产生的动因、存在的问题以及在我国的运用情况进行简要的论述,以进一步加深对实证会计研究方法的认识。
