Abstract：
逆转录酶(RT)是逆转录病毒从mRNA转录成DNA过程中所必需的特异性酶,RT 成为艾滋病和病毒性肝炎等逆转录病毒所引发疾病的药物作用靶点,研制RT抑制剂是开发抗逆转录病毒新药的有效途径。综述了逆转录酶及其抑制剂的国内外研究概况, 为病毒性疾病的药物治疗与新药研发提供参考。
