应用灰关联度分析方法建构了区域经济信息化程度评价的灰色模型。给出了计算的方法和步骤。根据新加坡、香港和深圳3个区域的实际数据,利用此模型对3个区域的信息化程度进行了分析比较,结果印证了本模型的有效性。参5。
