Abstract：
提出了一种基于ARM核芯片S3C4510B的高压断路器在线监测系统的研究方案。阐述了ARM技术在电力系统中的应用前景,简要介绍了基于ARM的高压断路器在线监测系统的构建及总体设计方案以及uCLinux操作系统的应用开发。
