Abstract：
本文认为,企业需要突破自身的有形边界而嵌入社会网络中,并依托企业集群实现内外部资源的整合,以提升企业的竞争优势。因此,本文依据社会网络的嵌入性理论,探讨了关系嵌入性和结构嵌入性的企业集群结构及其优势。
