Abstract：
采用酿酒酵母催化苯乙酮酸甲酯不对称合成D 扁桃酸甲酯 ,其过程的最佳转化pH值为 7 0左右 .酵母生长代谢环境中的温度和氧水平对底物转化均有较大影响 .采用固定化细胞填充床反应器转化苯乙酮酸甲酯 ,每克酵母湿菌体进料负荷为 0 2mmol d ,成功运行 2 5d ,转化率保持在 80 %以上 ,D 扁桃酸甲酯ee值达 95 %以上 .
