Abstract：
近年来,臭氧层因受到消耗臭氧层化学物质(简称ODS)的损耗,而造成的平衡破坏、浓度降低成为全球性的环保热点问题。我国作为ODS的生产和消费大国,正不断地研究探索保护臭氧层的方法。介绍我国保护大气臭氧层的现状、对国外保护大气臭氧层的立法借鉴以及我国须完善的立法对策与措施。
