Abstract：
本文介绍了X射线荧光光谱定性半定量分析方法以及定性半定量分析软件IQ+的产生和发展。通过对化学、材料、机械、土建、微电子、物构及工艺制造等专业的一些样品的实例分析,展示了X射线荧光光谱定性半定量分析方法在科学研究中的广泛应用。
