Abstract：
本文阐述学生馆员作用,不仅增加了图书馆与读者的互动,有助于图书馆吸引读者、推动了图书馆的精神文明建设,学生馆员也在工作中锻炼了自己,提高自身能力。最后介绍我馆的学生馆员的使用及管理情况。
