Abstract：
本文用 CM-Sephadex C-50离子交换色谱对某菌株发酵产生的木聚糖酶酶液进行分离,并对其酶学性质进行研究,实验结果表明:该木聚糖酶具有良好的热稳定性,最适反应 pH 为5.0,最适反应温度为55℃,,Fe~(3+)、Fe~(2+)、Zn~(2+)和 Cu~(2+)对木聚糖酶有抑制作用,Mn~(2+)对木聚糖酶有激活作用,其 Km 为4.627mg/ml。从该酶的特性来看,其适合用于饲料工业。
