Abstract：
在pH5.0的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液中,马兜铃酸在玻碳电极上产生不可逆的还原波(Vc,p=-0.51 Vvs.Ag/AgCl),具有吸附控制特性。利用马兜铃酸的电化学还原性质建立微分脉冲伏安法测定体系,马兜铃酸浓度在8.0×10-7~6.0×10-6mol/L范围内与还原峰电流呈良好的线性关系,检出限达1.6×10-8mol/L。测定方法简便灵敏,应用于关木通中马兜铃酸总酸含量的快速测定,结果令人满意。
