Abstract:
从顾客的角度,运用因子分析法及粗糙集方法,对液压齿轮泵产品进行顾客价值的评价。应用因子分析法得出顾客的评价体系,得到十二个顾客价值要素,并运用粗糙集的上、下近似集的模型,确定十二个要素的相对重要性,得出四个重要顾客价值要素。同时还提出了顾客价值分类管理方法。
