Abstract：
被长期描述为50—80%的近代赣闽边区的地租,其内涵实际仅为土地一季的＂正产＂量的比率;根据边区耕地二熟＂副产＂十分普及以及它在佃农生产与生活的重要地位的等情况,考察副产收获量及其在土地总产中所占比重,得出边区土地的真实地租实为36%左右。
