Abstract：
Web2.0的出现带来了网络信息服务范式的转变,作为社会信息资源中心的图书馆,在提供信息服务的过程中也应顺应时代的发展要求。从数字参考咨询的服务理念,服务模式和参考馆员三个方面论述了Web2.0时代图书馆数字参考咨询服务的主要特征。
