Abstract：
本文通过文献考察、实证研究、对比分析的方法,考察国内典型地区科技信息资源整合与利用情况,并对它们进行比较,提出构建省级科技信息资源整合结构体系方案,从而为省级科技信息资源整合与利用提出建议。
