Abstract：
分析了工程建设综合监理体系和评价体系在建设和谐社会中的作用,指出了监理工程师应具有良好的职业道德和敬业精神,探讨了监理工程师三大控制的核心及工程建设监理生存和发展的方针,从而促进可持续发展社会的建设。
