Abstract：
本文结合福州大学城建设工程实例,揭示了建设中存在的管理模式、资源共享、基础设施建设、执行与规划的差距及质量等方面显著问题,并针对问题进行了深入的剖析,借鉴项目管理理论提出相关建议。
