Abstract：
目前,几乎所有的射频/微波(RF/Microwave)电路系统均采用混频器实现变频。本文详细介绍了混频器的设计,该混频器实现了低电压3 V、低功耗、高1 dB压缩点、低噪声系数以及很强镜像抑制机制的功能,并解决了交调失真的问题。
