Abstract：
本文把商务英语中的文化负载词分为英语文化中特有而汉语文化中空缺的词和英汉语中都有但文化内涵不同的词两大类,并同时指出译者的文化背景知识对此类词语的准确翻译起到了至关重要的作用。
