Abstract：
针对远程视频监控系统的具体应用,作者提出一种监控中心设计与实现的方案。结合软硬件技术,本文论述了视频图片的压缩和显示、监控站点IP自动注册、注册信息管理和权限分配等关键技术的实现方法。
