通过改性使Kevlar纤维(KF)成为己内酰胺阴离子开环聚合的活性中心,采用阴离子接枝法在其表面接枝上PA6低聚物,并与基体PA6混合,用挤出和注塑方式制备尼龙6/改性Kevlar纤维(PA6/KF1)复合材料。XPS,ESEM和FT-IR分析表明Kevlar纤维表面接枝上了PA6低聚物。DSC测试表明,Kevlar纤维对PA6结晶起异相成核作用,提高了PA6的结晶速率;由于表面接枝PA6的KF1与基体良好结合,阻碍了PA6分子链的迁移运动,导致其对PA6结晶成核作用不如未改性纤维(KF0);在较低温度下(188~192℃)等温结晶后的PA6呈现Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ三重峰的熔融行为;而在较高温度(194...
