Abstract：
农民工犯罪是中国当代社会的热点难点问题。文章以造成农民工犯罪的社会因素为切入点,以福州市为例,着力考察社会服务存在的不足与问题,探讨农民工犯罪深层次的社会原因,并从公平、正义、共享的角度,提出落实国民待遇、保护农民工合法权益、加强综合治理的针对性措施。
