Abstract：
本文通过介绍英美法系和大陆法系侵权领域因果关系认定的学说和产品责任因果关系的特殊认定规则,分析了我国在产品责任因果关系认定上存在的缺陷,提出了产品责任因果关系的认定应采相当因果关系说,并根据案件的不同情况选择适用认定规则。
