Abstract：
作为一个危机频发的国家,建国以来以色列十分注重对全民进行危机教育,其危机教育主要集中在忧患意识教育、心理教育、危机应对技能教育、反恐教育几个方面,综观以色列的危机教育,具有民族性、全民性、实践性、广泛性、重视国际合作的特点。
